A comprehensive meeting was held by the Kilis 7 Aralık University Institute of Graduate Studies to ensure that the quality assurance and accreditation processes carried out within the institute are conducted in a more effective, systematic, and sustainable manner.
During the meeting, held with the participation of the institute's management and relevant academic/administrative staff, the current status of graduate programs, compliance processes with quality standards, national and international accreditation criteria, and continuous improvement mechanisms were discussed. Within the scope of the meeting, topics such as updating program outcomes, standardizing assessment and evaluation processes, effectively using student feedback, and monitoring academic performance indicators were particularly emphasized.
Furthermore, in alignment with the quality assurance system carried out under the framework of the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK), the importance of transforming all processes within the institute into a document-based, traceable, and sustainable structure was highlighted. In this regard, views were exchanged on strengthening the internal quality assurance system, increasing stakeholder participation, and expanding awareness regarding accreditation processes.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided to create short, medium, and long-term action plans in line with the set objectives and to integrate a quality-oriented management approach into all graduate programs.
