It is of paramount importance that institutional affiliation details are stated accurately, comprehensively, and in a standardized format in the academic publications produced by our students within the scope of the graduate studies conducted at our Institute.
In this context, indicating merely the name of the faculty or department in publications is insufficient; the phrase "Kilis 7 Aralık University Institute of Graduate Studies" must also be explicitly included within the institutional affiliation, alongside the name of the respective Department/Division to which the student is affiliated.
Utilizing the institutional affiliation in this manner ensures the accurate institutional representation of the academic work conducted within our graduate programs, enhances the national and international academic visibility of our Institute, and clearly demonstrates that the research in question was undertaken within our university. Furthermore, this standardized usage contributes to the visibility of collaborations established with university-industry partners and other external stakeholders.
Accordingly, our graduate students are required to indicate their institutional affiliation in their academic publications in strict accordance with the example provided below.
